I find myself sneezing and having burning lungs when they're on... it's like being on the airport tarmac!Maliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00220170303121994453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7859120836007416823.post-22633951103697410192009-12-25T03:30:47.832-08:002009-12-25T03:30:47.832-08:00Well....I can still smell it! Perhaps they do use older heaters...that I don't know.

And yes, people might die because of wood and coal fires but I'm guessing that because central heat is probably most everywhere in Canada and the US, wood fires are used for more romantic and mood enhancing reasons than to really heat a house. Central heat is almost no where in Japan (except in Northern Japan) and kerosene heaters are one of the most popular ways to stay warm. And as far as i know, kerosene is not used to heat homes in Canada....natural gas seems to be the norm.FromJapanWithLovehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02501843582871473733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7859120836007416823.post-16330445685713402132009-12-16T18:12:06.895-08:002009-12-16T18:12:06.895-08:00Maybe yours students use very old heater, or dry c...Maybe yours students use very old heater, or dry clothes over it? I've never smelled that on a person. The reason those deaths is the same reason for deaths with wood and coal fires in western countries, carbon monoxide, not really connected to kerosene. (And what do you think is used for most central heating in America? Yes kerosene!)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7859120836007416823.post-63612514858573839312009-12-15T13:47:45.828-08:002009-12-15T13:47:45.828-08:00o.0 that doesn't look appetizing at all!o.0 that doesn't look appetizing at all!Jennifer Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06528908250338974537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7859120836007416823.post-10361055043390956712009-12-15T13:01:40.049-08:002009-12-15T13:01:40.049-08:00I didn't even like the fresh oden my head chef...I didn't even like the fresh oden my head chef ex-bf made, so I highly doubt I could eat that canned oden haha!Sara Marihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05086280713737306191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7859120836007416823.post-77477724016289426662009-12-15T11:58:15.570-08:002009-12-15T11:58:15.570-08:00Very colourful blog.
