Amazing gluten free low carb rolls


These rolls are amazing. They are called Swedish breakfast buns and they are the first recipe that I actually like that is actually like bread. I have tried so many recipes and most have been terrible but these I will be making a lot. Even my husband who isn't low-carb loves these and asks me to make them. I did make a couple of changes to the recipe. I didn't have whole flax seeds so I used flax meal and I didn't have sunflower seeds so I used Chia seeds. I also added a tablespoon of hemp hearts. Low carb and gluten free avocado tuna melt bites!


These were delicious! I wasn't sure about combining avocados and tuna but they were amazing! They are low-carb, grain free, gluten-free and perfect for the keto diet.




I served them with a horseradish mayonnaise.  I will definitely be making these again.
